Dove Cottage - sleeps 6 + cot

This two storey, terraced cottage, once an agricultural worker's dwelling is comfortably furnished and well equipped.

	In the sitting room is a television, DVD player and coal or electric fire.
There is a fully fitted kitchen/diner. Including electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, electric iron.
	All beds have electric blankets and duvets, bed linen is provided.

Dove cottage has a compact bathroom downstairs off the kitchen there is a shower over the bath, sink, heated towel rail, and toiiet. Upstairs are three double bedrooms (one with double bed and two with single beds).

Other standard equipment included are a immersion heater, shaver socket, radio alarm clock, hairdryer and a vacuum cleaner

Heating throughout is included in the rent. The kitchen and the bathroom have wall heaters.

To the rear of the property there is a grass playing area with shared barbecue and garden furniture.

Pets are welcome by permission - a surcharge of £10 per animal per week will be made.
